Geoff Smith - LJ Hooker Frankston Re: Sale of 29 Chapman Street, Carrum Downs - 25 Feb 2016 We cannot speak highly enough of Geoff and his handling of the sale of our property. On his initial visit to the property he explained the sale process in detail, he advised us as to anything we needed to do to optimize the presentation of the property, and he gave us a realistic expectation of a sale price based on his market research of the area. Geoff's follow up was immediate, within two days we had people through for inspection and the house sold on the second day for a price approximately $30k better than what we expected, but exactly in line with what Geoff had indicated at our first meeting.
